By fostering an inclusive community and empowering Black talent, BEIT promotes sustainable career progress while engaging allies and organisations committed to diversity. Through strategic partnerships, BEIT is driving meaningful change and shaping a more equitable future in the workforce.

I am an experienced professional, currently the Head of Digital Enterprise Architecture. With a solid background in I.T Architecture, I have accumulated more than 26 years of experience in the tech industry.
Starting my career as a developer and later specialising in financial services, I have consistently enhanced my skills in this field.
Beyond my accomplished career, I derive fulfilment from my roles as a wife and a mother of three, guided by my Christian faith in all pursuits. Demonstrating a commitment to driving positive change, I actively advocate for causes that promote social mobility, showcasing dedication to fostering greater inclusivity and equity within my community.

As a seasoned Senior IT Programme Director with over 20 years of experience as a commercially-focused technology senior leader, I've consistently driven business and IT change initiatives across diverse sectors, including Education, Pharmaceuticals, Finance, and Professional Services. My expertise spans the successful leadership of complex, large-scale technical infrastructure, network, cloud-based software implementation, migration, and telephony projects/programmes and portfolios.
Beyond my professional endeavours', I am a devoted wife and mother of two sons. My passions include music, theatre, and literature. Additionally, I currently serve as the Chair of Chester Diocese (CoE) Race and Ethnicity Forum.
